Core Values (T-R-I-M-S)

Core values guide all that we do at LHAC. They define who we are as a church.

Learning and Living Truth:

all ministries involve the proclamation of biblical truth from an evangelical perspective; to offer “good news” in relevant ways and in inviting settings to a culture that is resistant to “traditional” religion.

 

Developing Grace-Filled Relationships:

all ministries pursue the building of healthy relationships, inside and outside Living Hope, characterized by grace, acceptance, love and forgiveness. As followers of Jesus, the primary relationship we celebrate as a body and as individuals is the Leadership of Jesus Christ.

 

Discovering Meaningful Involvement:

all who identify with LHAC are encouraged to exercise their gifts, abilities and interests in pursuit of the mission of Living Hope. All are equally significant to the work of the church: men, women, children, and students.

 

Maintaining Missional Focus:

all ministries are oriented to the local community in an effort to bridge the gospel to local needs. Our partnership in the wider global effort of our denomination is foundational to accomplishing our local mission.

 

Nurturing Whole-life Stewardship:

acting responsibly, humbly, Biblically and faithfully as stewards of all the resources God has given us, and training and equipping our people to approach life as stewards of the grace of God in its various manifestations.
